 The City Forum is hosting a two day seminar with author and speaker Dave Kraft this September 23-24. Kraft will be speaking on his new book “Leaders Who Last” as he attempts to dig church leadership and volunteers into deeper, richer ground. Anyone who has been involved with organizing volunteers, or participating as a volunteer knows that burn out, fatigue and eventually dropping out is more common than we would hope. Kraft will address these issues as he points the hearts of leaders towards Christ, not a specific ministry. The hope of this seminar is to draw men and women to leadership out of an overflow of the gospel, which doesn’t fade, rather than a situational need, which is here today and gone tomorrow. After receiving his Master's Degree in Teaching, he and his wife moved to Missoula to start a family.
