David is the director of the Missoula Christian Network and has a heart to see the Church of Missoula come together in unity and see our city transformed by the love of Jesus. He pastored Living Word Church for 12 years in Missoula. Two years ago Living Word "blended" with Clark Fork City Church. Prior to coming to Missoula, David was youth & associate pastor at Norcross Praise Fellowship in Norcross, GA for 2 years and a youth pastor in the Cayman Islands for almost 7 years (it's a rough life but someone has to do it!). He has a heart for missions and has also led teams to other countries on short-term trips. David and Janet have been married almost 20 years and have 4 wonderful children - Sarah, Paul, Samuel & Joshua.

If you read the paper or listen to any of the media, it seems there is a war going on. The Democratic National convention finished and the Republican National Convention is about over. Each side has put forth their candidates with each one speaking of their abilities and why they would be the best person for office. Then the media takes what was said, picks it apart and tries to tell everyone what they really meant or digs to find as much stuff about each person they can to discredit or ruin them. It becomes a war of words and criticism. Is there hope?
