The leadership of the Network is called S.A.L.T.(Servant and Leadership Team) and is made up of 5 people from different churches. One is the Director, who operates in that position continuously. The other four are elected every year at the June meeting by the members of the Network. The members write down 3 names for the leadership team and the top 4 are chosen to serve for a year in that position. SALT meets together regularly to pray, seek the Lord and put things into practice to advance the work of the Kingdom in Missoula. We recommend various things to the members at our regular monthly meetings for prayer, discussion and to impact our city for Jesus.
